Aspinall Dance is a certified Studio of the Acrobatic Arts Curriculum.
This program is designed to promote excellence in tumbling, flexibility, strength, balance, contortion and partner/group stunting for dancers. Through this program, students will receive valuable lessons to assist in developing the muscle groups, flexibility, and technique required to perform tumbling and partner/group tricks on stage as part of a complete dance routine. Dancers will be inspired to excel, progressing through twelve levels.
Dancers who train through Acrobatic Arts have balanced development, are stronger, more flexible and fearless. Studios that implement this program will see dancers with more skills, who have fewer accidents, and are less likely to develop chronic injuries.This means a consistent and proven approach to teaching methodology of technique. Each class will give your child a challenging cardio-work out, core and muscle strength training, effective flexibility, proprioception and agility training.
Students are able to work at their individual skill level. Within one class, students may be at different skill levels within reason. The one year per level rule does not apply to acro. Students progress at different paces. They work steadily at certain skills until they are achieved (see below). Our students are given ‘free time’ at the end of each class to allow them to work on any advanced skills they would like to achieve.

Because no matter how good an activity is for you, you won’t stay with it if it’s not fun. If you’re an exercise drop-out, you know that already. Maybe you’ve never been motivated to even start exercising because nothing excites you.
